1. All Sales Are Final

All orders are considered final once they have been processed and shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except under the conditions stated below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item received is damaged upon arrival, or
  • The wrong item was sent

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo/video proof.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by couriers or external factors


4. Return to Sender (RTS) Policy

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available to receive the package
  • Failure to claim or accept delivery

The order will be marked as RTS (Return to Sender).

Please note:

  • RTS orders are not eligible for refunds
  • We do not automatically reship RTS orders
  • Customers must pay a reshipping fee to have the order shipped again


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first for any issues.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us and allowing us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Dispute of the claim with supporting evidence
  • Restriction from future purchases
